About
I am a qualified Speech & Language Therapist with a first class honours degree in Speech Pathology & Therapy.
I am a registered member of the Royal College of Speech & Language Therapists, the Health & Care Professions Council and the Association of Speech & Language Therapists in Independent Practice.
I am also a Hanen Certified Instructor for early language delay, a certified provider of PCI Therapy and The Lidcombe Programme for children who stammer.

Experienced
On qualifying, I worked in the NHS as a Paediatric Speech Therapist where I developed specialist knowledge and experience supporting primary-aged children with language disorders, significant language delay, speech sound difficulties and stammering. I established Small Talk Speech Therapy as a private practice in 2017.
Caring
As a mother of two young children, I understand that timely support and intervention are vital if you have any concerns about your child’s development. I also appreciate the chaos of parenthood so developed Small Talk to offer a convenient, personal, professional and flexible service to busy families.
Passionate
I am passionate and committed to delivering a high quality service that addresses the unique needs of each individual child and family. I believe that parents know their child better than anyone and so enjoy empowering them to help their child reach their communicative potential.
